There are a few ways to make check/credit card payments to UCF.  Credit Card Authorization Form, UCF Membership/sponsorship forms and UCF Membership Agreement may be downloaded and are located under "forms".

For e-mail or faxed Membership/Sponsorship Applications:
Please send your UCF Membership/Sponsorship Application, UCF Membership Agreement and credit card authorization form either by e-mail, UCFMembership@unitedcheerfoundation.com or fax  forms to 505-248-0228.

Mail Membership/Sponsorship Applications:
Please mail UCF Membership/Sponsorship Application, UCF Membership Agreement and credit card  aunthorization form or check to:
